The expanded client base of Crawford County Bank necessitated growth beyond the boundaries of their existing 25-year old facility. The resulting design features a 20,000 square foot facility; nearly triple the size of their previous 7,500 square foot building, in a multi-level design. Exterior features tied in with a downtown urban revitalization effort, also led by BCDM. Themes of the design centered on “It’s a Wonderful Life,” in recognition of Denison’s very own, film star, Donna Reed.
