BCDM, in collaboration with Himmel & Wilson, developed a Master Facilities Study for the Omaha Public Library System which includes the main library and 11 branches.  The Library’s Master Facilities Study will ultimately be incorporated as an element of the public facilities master plan to be developed as part of this contract.
