BCDM, along with DSA, evaluated Omaha’s public facilities to determine the viability of these existing structures and their ability to meet residents’ needs for the next 20 years.  DSA is responsible for the planning, evaluations and recommendations, while BCDM is assessing the existing structures and documenting their findings.
