Omaha Park Eight resides on a full city block bounded by four prominent streets. An underground tunnel, 600 feet in length, connects the 1,280 stall parking garage with the Union Pacific headquarters. BCDM developed a design that reinforces beautification objectives, complete with planters and other site furnishings to enliven the area for pedestrians.
