Charlsi Kratina

Principal

Creative, collaborative, driven, and committed to the vision of her clients, Charlsi serves as principal and lead of the firm’s interior design department. She draws on her extensive design experience to ensure every challenge is met with a creative, effective solution, while her empathetic approach allows her to engage with clients and understand their unique needs on a more meaningful level.

In her role, Charlsi oversees project management, space planning, design and more, working closely with her team to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded. As a mentor and guide for a new generation of BCDM designers, she sees the unique talent each team member brings to the table and offers invaluable insight and support throughout every project.
